Text Message Updates

LREI Property Management can send you text messages about maintenance and work orders — when a technician is scheduled, when they are on the way, and when the job is done. This page explains the program and how to join it.

How to sign up

Or text START to (502) 218-3847 from the phone you want the messages on. Either way you get one message back confirming you are subscribed.

What you will receive

• Work-order scheduling — the day and time window for a visit
• Technician on-the-way notices
• Status updates and follow-up while a job is open
• Requests to review or approve an estimate
• Completion notices, so you can tell us if something is not right
• Occasional account notices related to your tenancy, property or vendor record

Message frequency varies — it depends on how much maintenance activity you have. These are operational messages about your own work orders and account. We do not send marketing or promotional texts on this program.

Stopping, and getting help

• Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you immediately. You can also reply OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or REVOKE.
• Reply HELP for contact details, or call us on (502) 251-7022.
• Reply START later if you change your mind and want messages again.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's normal charges are yours; we do not charge for the messages.

Your mobile number and your privacy

No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message data is shared only with the providers that deliver the messages, and only as much as they need to deliver them.

Who is texting you

Messages on this program are sent by LREI Property Management LLC, a property management company in Louisville, Kentucky. FieldVine is the software LREI uses to run its maintenance work, and it is what sends the messages on LREI's behalf.
